Return Process

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact for a successful verification.

  Ship the Item

  Securely pack the item and ship it back to our designated warehouse address using a traceable courier service.

  Receive Exchange

  Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a coupon code or dispatch your replacement item within 5-7 working days.
